I’ve have had to move multiple times in my adult life for my job. Across that span of time, I have been generally dissatisfied with my realtors. Cheri is a pleasant exception. She helped me prep my home, and sell it quickly. She has a natural talent to make your house stand out from other listings on the market. Listen to her. My house went under contract in a day. Furthermore, Cheri will make sure that you have sound advice when you’re considering offers. Although competent, she wasn’t afraid to turn to her broker for help when facing something that she was uncertain about. That greatly impressed me, and made me feel like I was consistently receiving correct answers and guidance. Unfortunately, I had to move several hours away from Morgantown for my job.
