Furthermore, Cheri will make sure that you have sound advice when you’re considering offers. Although competent, she wasn’t afraid to turn to her broker for help when facing something that she was uncertain about. That greatly impressed me, and made me feel like I was consistently receiving correct answers and guidance. Unfortunately, I had to move several hours away from Morgantown for my job. If I had the opportunity, I’d have Cheri list my house for sale when I move again. She set my expectations high for what a listing agent is supposed to do.
